All I can say is thank you so much for helping my husband with his broken front tooth . Dr Arpino immediately accessed the damage and referred us to an oral surgeon and made my husband a retainer with his broken tooth in it so he’s not walking around with his front tooth missing. End result he needs an implant which takes about 6 mos for the entire process but we are in great hands. When all is done he will make him a nice mouth guard to protect his teeth. Thank you again for being there for us at this hard time. Dr Arpino is the best of the best.

I went for a consultation with Dr. Arpino. He took pictures & went over everything with me. I was not a candidate for braces because of my bite being so bad. He spent the time with me explaining my choices even though he knew I was not going to be a patient of his. I was very impressed.
Possibly the oldest patient they have! Lol! Excellent experience! Definitely better when I had braces back in the dark ages! Outstanding staff. Efficient and flexible scheduling. Very happy with ourcome.
All 3 of my boys went through the orthodontic process, with differing needs for correction, and all received excellent results. Well run office, flexible appointment times, and they respond immediately to emergency situations. I, myself have a permanent lower retainer and am on year 20 with only 1 adhesive repair. Highly recommend Dr Arpino and staff!

Dr. Arpino and his staff are amazing. They treat you like family when you walk in the door. I came in for a permanent retainer issue and they took me in early and got everything fixed in a matter of minutes. Could not recommend Dr. Arpino more to everyone in the area.
