We have been a patient of Dr. Arpino's for years. Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful and Dr. Arpino is incredibly talented, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Takes his time to talk with patients through all the options so they patient can decide what is best for them. Highly recommended
Round two with braces in my 50s? Yep. After a four-year teenage tour of duty in the 80s, I never thought I'd be back in the metal club—but here I am, and honestly, it’s been a delight. Dr. Arpino is orthodontic royalty, and the entire staff is so lovely you'd think they were cast by a feel-good sitcom director. I was bracing (ha!) for extreme pain and awkwardness, but my experience has been 100% pain-free, shame-free, and full of support. I don’t dread my six-week check-in - in fact, I look forward to seeing what the geese out front are wearing (IYKYK).
I’m not saying I want to go for a third round, but if it involves good vibes, friendly faces, and surprise seasonal décor, I might just consider it a hobby.
Pro tip: Book your appointment on a holiday like Valentine’s Day and you just might leave with straighter teeth and a cupcake. Sweet smiles all around!
